  • We do not offer refunds for dissatisfaction with results. However, follow-up or touch-up appointments may be recommended to achieve the best outcome.

Deposits

  • Appointment deposits are non-refundable.

  • If you cancel or reschedule with proper notice (see our Cancellation Policy), your deposit may be transferred to a future appointment at our discretion.

Products

  • Products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase if:

  • They are unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is provided.

  • Opened or used products cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons.

Gift Cards

  • All gift card sales are final and non-refundable.

  • Gift cards may be applied toward any eligible service or product purchase.
